Wine is rich in aromas of ripe cherry, vanilla and spices, accompanied by a long, delicate aftertaste. A well-balanced tannin structure ensures that the wine will continue to further develop in the bottle and improve over the years. Due to the minimum filtration, a small amount of sediment may be produced in the bottle.
Once the fermentation process is completed, wine is put in French oak barrels to age for 12 months. Wine continues to age in the bottle as well (minimum of six months).
