Mariflor's Salam Ardelenesc is a traditional Transylvanian salami made from pork, beef, and spices. The salami is dry-cured, double smoked and then aged for a minimum of six months. It has a rich, slightly smoky flavor with a hint of black pepper. The 'Salam Ardelenesc' is perfect for slicing thinly and enjoying on its own or as part of a charcuterie board. It also pairs well with cheeses, crusty breads, and pickles.
