A little note that makes a difference: Vanilla sugar is made from vanilla essence, and sugared vanilla is made from vanillin. Still, what's the difference between them?
Vanilla sugar is a natural product because it is made from vanilla beans. Vanilla is grown in Madagascar or Tahiti, the world's most famous countries that produce popular sweeteners. After placing the stick in the sun and letting it dry, the scent of the scented stick begins to intensify. A good aphrodisiac, natural vanilla is rich in B vitamins, relieves stress and stimulates the production of endorphins, a health-related hormone that makes you feel better. Add vanilla to regular sugar to make the contents of a pouch that gives the cake a savory flavor.
At the other end of the spectrum is vanilla with sugar made from vanillin. Vanillin is nothing more than a factory-processed synthetic product, so there is no firm debate about buying it. Also known as "fake vanilla" or "vanilla flavor", it is combined with sugar, corn syrup, or other similar sweeteners that are also cheap and toxic. It's a chemical that restores the taste of vanilla, but it's not really vanilla.
