Three Cheese Rigatoni recipe


This recipe is for cheese lovers. It includes Parmesan, Cheddar and Blue Cheese; because Blue Cheese is not for everyone, you can substitute it for another type if you prefer.

Preparation time: 10 minutes || Cooking time: 15 minutes

You'll need:

   - Rigatoni: 300gm

   - Crème Fraiche: 250gm

   - Parmesan Cheese: 30gm

   - Cheddar Cheese: 50gm

   - Blue cheese (or a substitute): 50gm

   - Chives: 3 tablespoons

   - Salt and pepper to taste

First, grate the Parmesan and Cheddar and slice the blue cheese in cubes.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet in a large saucepan with salted water, then drain and set aside.

Heat the crème fraiche in a frying pan, then add the pasta and toss for a minute. Add the cheeses, season and remove from the heat. Stir well until all cheese had melted, then add the chives. Serve immediately.
