Spicy Prawn Wraps recipe
If you fancy wraps or sandwiches and want then extra spicy, just add some more Tabasco sauce.
Preparation time: 10 minutes | No cooking time required
- Tortilla wraps: 3
- Mayonnaise: 4 tablespoons
- Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
- Horseradish sauce: half a teaspoon
- Tabasco sauce - to taste
- Prawns: 200gm - cooked
- Lettuce: several leaves
- Salt and pepper - to taste
You'll have to warm the wraps, either in the microwave or in a dry frying pan, then place them on a chopping board or a large flat plate.
Mix the sauces (mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, tabasco) and prawns together and season well, then chop the lettuce separately.
Place some lettuce on a side of each wrap and top up with the prawn mixture and roll it up. Slice your wraps into as many pieces as you want if serving many.
