You'll need:
- Ginger root: 1 teaspoon
- Spring onions: 1 bunch
- Raw prawns: 200gm
- Panko breadcrumbs: 50gm
- Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon

- Salt and pepper to taste
First, grate the ginger root, chop the spring onions and peel the prawns.
Use a blender. Add the ginger, spring onions, prawns, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil and the chili sauce and blend until the mixture becomes soft. Season with salt and pepper to taste and form 20 balls.
Use a frying pan. Heat sunflower oil over medium fire and fry the balls for approximately 5 minutes, until they become golden brown and are cooked.
Separately, place the sesame seeds onto a plate and roll the cooked balls until they're covered with seeds then set aside on the serving plate.
