The mechanism is as follows. Pick beans, wash with a little water and soak from evening to morning. Take it out in the morning and boil it in 2-3 rounds of water to remove all toxins. After cooking, the grains will soften, but the whole will be sifted.

During this time, cut the onions into flakes, grind the garlic and saute in a pan with oil. When the onions are translucent, add the beans and water.

Prepare tomato paste separately with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika, and if the paste is too thick, add lukewarm water and pour over the beans. Add bay leaves and simmer on medium heat in the oven. Decorate with green parsley with pickled cucumbers.
