Garlic and Chili Prawns recipe
Amongst the easiest and quickest recipes out there, garlic and chilli prawns recipe takes approximately 10 minutes to prepare and cook. Easy and delicious.
Preparation time: 6 minutes || Cooking time: 5 minutes
You'll need:
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Red chili: 1
- King Prawns: 8 raw
- Lemon juice: from half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
First, chop the garlic, deseed & slice the chili.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add the garlic and chili for half a minute, then add the prawns (shell on). Cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring continuously, until the prawns are cooked through and dark pink in color.
Season, add the lemon juice and serve straight away.
