Chicken Goujons Wrapped in Parma Ham recipe
Fairly quick recipe, you can change the dimension of a regular chicken goujon (chicken tenders) by wrapping it in Parma Ham. Double the flavor!
Very flexible in terms of side dish pairing, the recommendation is to serve with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.
Preparation time: 15 minutes || Cooking time: 10 minutes
- Chicken Breast: 2 large breasts
- Parma Ham: 7 slices
- Honey: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and prepare a baking tin by greasing it (with oil/butter).
Wrap the chicken breasts with clingfilm and bash them with a rolling pin until they get thinner. Remove the clingfilm and slice each breast into 7 goujon strips (finger shape) then slice each Parma Ham into half.
Wrap each goujon in a slice of Parma Ham and place it on the baking tray. Drizzle with honey and roast for 10 minutes, until cooked through.
