6 breakfast ideas to promote natural weight loss

Natural weight loss is promoted when you eat natural and healthy products, in a balanced diet, alongside moderate activity.

Here are 6 breakfast ideas to promote a natural weight loss and balanced diet.

1. Yogurt, blended berries and pecan nuts.

A really quick to prepare breakfast that allows you to swap berries each day with jam, or use a different mix of berries each time.  Delicious and nutritious.

2. Blended avocado, banana, lemon juice and peanuts. 

Apparently, it is more filling than it sounds, delicious and nutritious. We'll let the portioning of each ingredient up to you.

3. Toast bread with a spread of blended avocado, tomatoes and a dash of lemon juice.

Perhaps the simplest breakfast to prepare. Just toast the bread. Just blend avocado and tomatoes together. Spread over bread and enjoy.

4. Chia pudding with shaved chocolate. 

Soak two teaspoons of chia seeds in milk and add shaved dark chocolate. That's all!

5. Boiled rice with jam and nuts.

It's really just that. Boil the rice in milk if you prefer, add jam and nuts and serve immediately or take away at work.

6. Broccoli Frittata. Mix eggs, add cow cheese, chopped broccoli and place in an oven safe bowl. Place in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 10-20 minutes. You'll have to watch it closely not to burn it.
