Liver is essential for the overall wellbeing of our body and we shouldn't undermine its importance as it is involved in hundreds of metabolic functions, to say the least.

A healthy liver means increased vitality, good energy and an overall wellbeing mood.

Here are 20 (not comprehensive) of the recommended ingredients that lead to a healthy liver. It's important to note that excess use of any ingredients could cancel their beneficial properties.

Quite important is that your liver needs quality sleep to recover, therefore it is recommended to reserve enough sleep ours for ourselves, leave a gap of at least three hours between your last meal and sleep time and exercise regularly.
